Medical General Expert – Remote Contractor

About the role

This remote, hourly contractor position focuses on reviewing and generating AI‑driven medical content. You will evaluate AI‑generated responses for clinical accuracy, reasoning quality, and safety, providing detailed written feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated medical answers for correctness, clarity, and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Identify and document errors in clinical reasoning, methodology, or factual content.
• Fact‑check medical information and flag unsafe assumptions or missing contraindications.
• Write high‑quality explanations, model solutions, and step‑by‑step reasoning to guide AI learning.
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on accuracy and reasoning quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or an allied health field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in clinical or public‑health roles.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis and risk stratification.
• Excellent attention to detail for fact‑checking and safety assessment.
• Proficient English (minimum C1 level) and ability to work independently across time zones.

Required skills

• Clinical reasoning and medical documentation review.
• Experience with AI data annotation or healthcare editorial quality assurance (preferred).
