Medical General Expert – AI Content Reviewer

About the role

This hourly, remote contractor position involves reviewing AI‑generated medical responses and creating expert healthcare content. You will evaluate reasoning quality, provide precise written feedback, fact‑check information, and help improve AI models for clinical and public‑health reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: design detailed prompts and model responses across diverse medical topics.
• Optimize AI performance: evaluate, rank, and compare AI outputs to enhance accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure model integrity: test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or Allied Health.
• 5+ years of professional experience in nursing, public health, health sciences, or allied health.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, risk stratification, and red‑flag recognition.
• Exceptional attention to detail for fact‑checking medical content and identifying unsafe assumptions.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and ability to work remotely across time zones.
