Local Content Coordinator

About the role

Finder is inviting applications for a Local Content Coordinator to support the Kuda Tasi and Jahal (KTJ) Project under PSC 19-11. The role helps deliver local content commitments through employment, procurement and capacity building.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local content plans and contractual commitments
• Support local suppliers and supplier development
• Verify contractor data and monitor expenditure, employment and training targets
• Prepare reports and coordinate remedial actions
• Support ANP submissions and liaison
• Organise training and knowledge transfer, and supervise trainees and junior staff as required
• Advise contractors on delivering meaningful local content to Timor-Leste

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in business, economics, management, human resources or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; an MBA is desirable
• Experience in local content, supplier development, procurement, training or stakeholder coordination; oil and gas project experience is desirable
• Experience working with Timor-Leste regulators and stakeholders, maintaining effective professional relationships
• Working proficiency in Tetum and English, including professional correspondence and report writing
• Leadership, communication and coordination skills, with integrity, sound judgement, initiative and reliable follow-up
• Commitment to Timorese employment, skills and business participation
