About the role

Timor-Owned (TIO) is seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join its team in Dili. This position offers a recent graduate the chance to develop an engineering career, gain hands‑on experience in civil construction and infrastructure, and contribute to tender preparation and project development.

Key responsibilities

Support civil construction and infrastructure tender submissions.
Prepare quantity take‑offs, cost estimates and technical documents.
Assist with engineering drawings and project planning.
Support business development and identify new project opportunities.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Good analytical and communication skills with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
