About the role
Timor-Owned (TIO) is seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join its team in Dili. This position offers a recent graduate the chance to develop an engineering career, gain hands‑on experience in civil construction and infrastructure, and contribute to tender preparation and project development.
Key responsibilities
- Support civil construction and infrastructure tender submissions.
- Prepare quantity take‑offs, cost estimates and technical documents.
- Assist with engineering drawings and project planning.
- Support business development and identify new project opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Good analytical and communication skills with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
