Brand & Strategy Expert

About the role

We are seeking a remote, hourly Brand & Strategy Subject Matter Expert to evaluate and improve AI‑generated brand strategy outputs. You will provide precise written feedback, create gold‑standard deliverables, and help ensure AI models produce accurate, on‑brand, and actionable marketing content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content, including detailed prompts and reference brand/strategy outputs such as briefs, messaging frameworks, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for strategic rigor, clarity, brand alignment, and practical usefulness.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, hallucinations, bias, and brand‑risk issues, and validate reliability across industries and audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, product marketing, strategy consulting, or integrated marketing (agency or in‑house).
• Strong command of positioning, messaging, value proposition, proof points, and tone adaptation.
• Proven ability to develop customer insights, segmentation, personas, and JTBD analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail for spotting weak logic, unsupported claims, and risky assertions; minimum C1 English proficiency.
