Brand & Strategy Expert

About the role

This hourly, remote contractor position focuses on brand and strategy expertise. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert to review AI‑generated brand strategy, positioning, and go‑to‑market outputs, as well as create high‑quality brand and strategy content. The role supports improving AI model outputs for major AI companies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: create detailed prompts and gold‑standard brand/strategy deliverables such as briefs, frameworks, messaging, and GTM plans.
• Optimize AI performance: evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance strategic rigor, clarity, brand alignment, and practical usefulness.
• Ensure model integrity: test AI outputs for inaccuracies, hallucinations, bias, and brand‑risk issues, validating reliability across industries and audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in brand strategy, product marketing, strategy consulting, or integrated marketing strategy (agency or in‑house).
• Strong command of positioning and messaging, including value proposition, proof points, objections, narrative, and tone adaptation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop customer insights, interpret qualitative/quantitative research, and create personas or JTBD segmentation.
• Exceptional strategic reasoning, attention to detail, and C1‑level English proficiency; reliable and self‑directed in a remote, hourly workflow.
