Vessel/Pinning Stations/Pregate Clerk (M/F)

About the role

Timor Port S.A., a subsidiary of the AGL Group, is recruiting six candidates for the Vessel/Pinning Stations/Pregate Clerk position at its container terminal in Dili, Timor-Leste. The role is a key administrative and operational support function within the terminal, ensuring accurate documentation, coordination between operational teams and tracking of container movements for vessel and yard activities. It supports vessel, yard, reefer or CFS operations. The contract is permanent and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with loading and discharging operations during vessel calls.
• Record all load and discharge moves using the assigned device.
• Register plugging and unplugging of reefer containers.
• Record temperature monitoring for all reefer units as required.
• Record all CFS actions in the designated devices.
• Conduct regular yard inventory and keep container status up to date.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE protocols and operational safety practices.

Required profile

• High school graduate; additional training in logistics or port operations is an advantage.
• Prior experience in terminal, logistics, warehousing or shipping operations preferred.
• Ability to follow operational procedures and documentation processes.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
