Project Coordinator - BRASS Phase III

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead the BRASS Phase III initiative, supporting vulnerable children through integrated development programs. This position combines team leadership, partnership management, and technical oversight to ensure high‑quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Model Christian leadership and foster a culture of trust, respect, and spiritual growth among staff.
• Build staff capacity through coaching, mentoring, and quarterly learning sessions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners, including government institutions and development agencies.
• Represent the organization in district‑level technical working groups.
• Facilitate teamwork and coordination among Community Development Officers, Area Managers, and technical staff.
• Integrate disaster risk reduction (DRR) strategies into WASH programming and climate‑adaptation activities.
• Develop terms of reference, deliver technical training, and manage logistics and finance for sector activities.
• Monitor project expenditures against budget, explain variances, and ensure compliance with donor and national guidelines.

Required profile

• Demonstrated maturity, integrity, and Christian values in a leadership context.
• Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships with government and NGOs.
• Strong analytical and reflective mindset to promote continuous learning.
• Experience in coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams in humanitarian or development settings.
