About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team at ChildFund Timor‑Leste. The role offers hands‑on experience in tracking project progress, gathering data, and helping assess the impact of our programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in collecting quantitative and qualitative data from project sites.
- Enter and organise data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in field visits and report observations.
- Support the preparation of regular monitoring and evaluation reports.
- Help maintain a well‑structured data repository for the MEL team.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and reliable, able to work independently.
- Fluent in spoken Tetum; knowledge of local languages (Fataluku, Makalero, Makasae, Galolen) is a plus.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with a strong interest in monitoring and evaluation.
- Women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic data entry and analysis).
