About the role
This Graduate Cadet program is aimed at final‑year students or recent graduates (within the past 6‑12 months) who hold a relevant tertiary qualification. Candidates must be aged between 19 and 29 years and be nationals of Timor‑Leste. The cadet will join the service provider’s team and be paired with an experienced specialist or mentor.
Key responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured learning plan throughout the assignment.
- Assist the assigned mentor with day‑to‑day tasks and project activities.
- Contribute to team objectives while gaining practical experience in the professional discipline.
- Engage in regular feedback sessions to track progress and development.
Required profile
- Relevant tertiary qualification (final‑year student or recent graduate).
- Age between 19 and 29 years.
- Timor‑Leste nationality.
