Biologist – AI Training Expert

We’re seeking biologists to join our AI training project. In this role you will review AI‑generated responses, evaluate reasoning quality, and provide expert feedback to help models produce accurate, logical, and clearly explained answers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and responses across various biology topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve model accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, ensuring reliability across use cases.
• Fact‑check biological information and write high‑quality explanations and model solutions.
• Identify methodological errors and assess solutions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to prompts.

Your Profile

• Hold an MS or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or a related life‑science field from a top‑100 university.
• Confident in human and animal biology, molecular pathways, physiology, disease fundamentals, and laboratory reasoning.
• Experience developing or critically reviewing complex biology content such as problem banks, textbook sections, or research notes.
• Proven ability to fact‑check information using public sources and published in a peer‑reviewed journal.
• Excellent English (C1+) writing skills; bonus experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
