Pavement Engineer – Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pavement Engineer – Site Supervisor to join the Construction Supervision Consultant team for a major highway road project in Timor‑Leste. The role involves supervising all pavement‑related construction activities and ensuring compliance with designs, specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all pavement‑related construction activities, ensuring works follow approved designs, technical specifications, contract requirements and international best practices.
• Oversee material selection, quality control and performance monitoring of pavements in accordance with the DB Contract and detailed design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a specialization in pavement engineering or materials science.
• Minimum 15 years of civil engineering experience, including at least 10 years supervising highway road pavement construction and participation in at least two similar projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
