Partnerships, Resource Mobilization and Advocacy Analyst

About the role

The Partnerships, Resource Mobilization and Advocacy Analyst will be based in the UNFPA Country Office in Dili. The role supports the design, analysis and implementation of resource mobilisation and partnership strategies, contributing to UNFPA’s mission in Timor‑Leste.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical and coordination support to strengthen funding opportunities and engagements with donors and government ministries.
• Contribute to the preparation of proposals, donor reports, and information and communication materials.
• Support policy advocacy and ensure visibility products align with programme priorities.
• Collaborate closely with programme, operations and communications teams.
• Track funding opportunities and assist in donor reporting.
• Oversee the Communications Associate and report directly to the Representative.

Required profile

• Must be a national of Timor‑Leste.
• Experience in resource mobilisation, partnership building or advocacy within a development context.
• Ability to work collaboratively with programme, operations and communications units.
