Odoo Implementation Consultant (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Implementation Consultant to join our team remotely on a part‑time basis. The consultant will lead the functional side of Odoo projects, working directly with clients to translate business requirements into well‑configured Odoo solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Odoo implementations, from discovery to go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Run requirements workshops and conduct gap analysis against standard Odoo functionality.
• Design and configure Odoo modules to match client workflows.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate customizations with the development team.
• Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and client expectations.
• Support data migration, UAT, and testing.
• Train end users and prepare user guides and documentation.
• Provide post‑implementation support and optimisation.
• Contribute to improving implementation methodology and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to understand business processes and translate requirements into system configuration.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills, including running workshops and presenting solutions.
• Ability to write clear functional specifications, user guides, and training material.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience delivering full‑lifecycle Odoo implementations.
• Deep knowledge of core Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing).
• Odoo configuration, access rights, workflows, reports and automated actions.
• Data import and migration into Odoo.
• Integration of Odoo with third‑party systems and APIs.
