Finance Young Talent Program – Graduate Role

About the role

The Finance Young Talent Program offers recent graduates a 12‑month, two‑stage rotation to gain hands‑on experience in core finance processes. Participants will work on Process‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, financial analysis, invoicing and cash‑flow management while supporting daily financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the end‑to‑end Process‑to‑Pay cycle.
• Support Order‑to‑Cash activities and customer invoicing.
• Conduct basic financial analysis and prepare reports.
• Help monitor and manage cash‑flow statements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong interest in finance, financial analysis and corporate finance.
• Good level of English (mandatory).
• Analytical, problem‑solving and numerical aptitude.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business conditions.
• Effective communication, team‑player attitude, proactive and self‑motivated.
