Facility Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Facility Officer to join our Supply Chain team. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment by overseeing the company’s buildings, utilities, and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all company facilities, including building infrastructure and utility systems.
• Support operational continuity by planning and executing preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver timely maintenance services.
• Monitor and control facility budgets, cost‑control measures, and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in facility management or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building infrastructure and utility systems.
• Proven ability to solve problems and plan maintenance activities.
• Experience managing vendors and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of safety standards, compliance requirements, and sustainability practices.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
