About the role
We are seeking a Brand Executive to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing brand strategies, campaigns, and activation activities to boost visibility, consumer engagement, and sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Lead activation activities and sponsorship events.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, agencies, and partners.
- Supervise brand promoters and field teams to ensure high execution standards.
- Monitor KPIs, gather insights, and prepare performance reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, activations, events, or promotions.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Proven track record of executing brand campaigns and sponsorship events.
- Experience coordinating with agencies, partners, and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to supervise field teams and ensure execution quality.
- Analytical mindset with capability to monitor KPIs and generate insights.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with marketing and sales.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel for activations and events.
