Project Coordinator – ANCP

About the role

The Project Coordinator – ANCP will lead a team of staff and partners to deliver high‑impact programs for vulnerable children. This position combines leadership, partnership management, and technical oversight to ensure projects are implemented effectively and responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Model Christian leadership, integrity, and maturity while nurturing staff spirituality and professional growth.
• Build staff capacity through coaching, mentoring, and quarterly reflection sessions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key government institutions and development partners at municipal and national levels.
• Facilitate teamwork among Community Development Officers, Project Managers, Area Managers, and technical staff.
• Integrate Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and WASH components into program design and implementation.
• Develop terms of reference, deliver technical training, and manage logistics and finance for sector activities.
• Monitor project expenditures against budget, explain variances, and ensure compliance with donor and national accountability standards.
• Serve as the primary link between the community development team and the community, sharing new approaches and technologies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated Christian leadership and personal integrity.
• Strong ability to build trust, respect, and collaborative relationships.
• Experience in managing partnerships with government and NGOs.
• Proven track record in project coordination, budgeting, and financial stewardship.
• Capacity to mentor staff and promote continuous learning.
