SAP FICO Consultant

About the role

Vincit is looking for a SAP FICO Consultant to join its team and deliver finance‑focused SAP solutions across projects of varying size and complexity. You will work hands‑on with SAP FI/CO, translate business requirements into scalable configurations, and ensure smooth operation of financial processes for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain SAP FI/CO components in both implementation and support phases.
• Design and improve financial processes, contributing to system definition and continuous optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to capture business needs and propose effective SAP solutions.
• Act as a trusted expert within delivery teams, supporting high‑quality outcomes.
• Participate in presales activities by providing solution design input and expertise during customer discussions.

Required profile

• Several years of experience with SAP FI and CO modules, preferably in S/4HANA environments.
• Hands‑on experience in implementation, development, or maintenance of SAP finance solutions.
• Proven ability to work with customers, understand business processes, and communicate effectively.
• Strong teamwork orientation and a business‑focused mindset.
• Fluent communication skills in English and/or Finnish.
