Technical Project Manager – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of core technology and engineering initiatives. This remote contract position bridges software, engineering, and product teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with global stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering resources, timelines, budgets, and track progress using standard metrics.
• Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and maintain seamless cross‑department communication.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, create mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, performance reports, and budget forecasts to international leadership and clients.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven project‑management experience delivering end‑to‑end projects on budget and schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones, cultures, and geographic locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) and experience with financial ERP systems.
• Experience creating flowcharts, process maps, and Work Breakdown Structures using Lucidchart or Visio.
• Familiarity with basic QA lifecycles and software deployment processes.
