Remote Rust Engineer – AI Data Training

About the role

As an hourly‑paid, fully remote Rust Engineer focused on AI data training, you will review and generate Rust code and explanations for large language models, evaluate reasoning quality, and provide detailed feedback that improves model accuracy and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts and model responses to guide AI learning across diverse topics.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare AI‑generated Rust solutions for correctness, safety, and idiomatic style.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies or bias, ensuring reliable performance across use cases.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional Rust development experience in backend, CLI, or systems projects.
• Strong grasp of Rust ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and ability to reason about data races.
• Experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants and validating their output.
• Excellent English writing skills for clear technical explanations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
