Remote Go Engineer – AI Data Training (Hourly)

About the role

SME Careers is looking for an hourly‑paid, fully remote Go Engineer to support AI data training. You will review AI‑generated Go code and explanations, evaluate reasoning quality, and provide detailed feedback that helps improve model accuracy, logic, and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating prompts and model solutions that reflect deep understanding of Go and backend concepts.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance model accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Test AI outputs for errors, biases, and inaccuracies, ensuring reliability across diverse use cases.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional Go programming experience, preferably on backend services, APIs, or systems.
• Strong grasp of Go idioms, error handling, concurrency patterns, and readable interface design.
• Hands‑on experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants with a disciplined approach to validating their output.
• Excellent English writing skills for producing precise, structured technical explanations.
