QA Testing & Client Support Specialist (SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a QA Testing & Client Support Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our web‑based SaaS products while providing technical assistance to enterprise customers. You will become the subject‑matter expert for multiple applications, working closely with engineers to validate bug fixes, new features, and to resolve client issues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge across several SaaS solutions and understand user workflows.
• Perform manual and automated QA testing on bug fixes and feature releases.
• Write, maintain and execute test cases, with a strong focus on Playwright‑based automation.
• Document defects clearly and collaborate with developers to drive issue resolution.
• Provide phone and email technical support to enterprise customers, troubleshooting and ensuring a high‑quality experience.
• Maintain and update online help documentation to keep it accurate and user‑friendly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of client‑support experience for a technical, enterprise‑software product.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to write and execute both manual and automated test cases.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Playwright.
• Experience supporting third‑party enterprise software, not general IT help‑desk.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
