ICT Coordinator – Timor-Leste

About the role

The Pacific Australia Skills program in Timor‑Leste is seeking an ICT Coordinator to lead digital capacity development for government and TVET partners. Working under the Skills Strengthening Manager, you will design and deliver ICT training, support partner institutions, and ensure reliable operation of the programme’s technology infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver ICT training and professional development for programme staff, partners and TVET centres.
• Mentor and coach partner institution staff to build sustainable ICT capability.
• Engage with vocational training centres and government agencies to assess and address ICT needs for training delivery and administration.
• Provide practical advice and solutions to meet accreditation and registration requirements.
• Deliver day‑to‑day ICT support to the Pacific Australia Skills office, maintaining networks, endpoints and communication systems.

Required profile

• ICT professional with a passion for capacity building and partner support.
• Ability to work under the direction of the Skills Strengthening Manager and collaborate with regional ICT teams.
• Experience working with government or educational institutions in a development context.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
