HTML & CSS Developer (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HTML & CSS Developer to work remotely on an hourly contract. You will review AI‑generated frontend code, assess its quality, and create high‑quality reference implementations and explanations that help improve AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated HTML/CSS, UI layouts, and technical explanations for correctness, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Create detailed prompts and reference answers on HTML/CSS topics to train AI systems.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare multiple AI responses, providing clear reasoning and best‑practice guidance.
• Identify and document issues in semantic HTML, Flexbox/Grid layouts, CSS architecture, specificity conflicts, and performance.
• Fact‑check technical information and ensure safe, reliable AI recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience building production UIs with semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Expert knowledge of CSS layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid) and responsive design patterns.
• Strong accessibility expertise (ARIA, WCAG, keyboard navigation, focus management).
• Deep understanding of browser behavior, cross‑browser testing, and CSS maintainability (BEM, design tokens, theming).
• Minimum C1 English proficiency, both written and spoken.
