Team Leader – Multidisciplinary Consulting for Road Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a multidisciplinary consulting team for a major road infrastructure project in Timor‑Leste. The successful candidate will provide overall technical, managerial and contractual leadership throughout project implementation, ensuring timely delivery while complying with client, donor and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and supervise the multidisciplinary team for the DBF contract.
• Guide the team to develop solutions within project constraints and deliver project objectives on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or equivalent) with a focus on highway roads.
• At least 20 years of civil engineering experience, including a minimum of 10 years in highway road design and construction.
• Proven experience on at least two highway projects of USD 300 million + each.
• Minimum five years as a full‑time employee of the PMC and three years working in developing countries.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
