Remote iOS Engineer (Swift & Objective‑C) – AI Code Review Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a remote iOS Engineer (Swift & Objective‑C) to review AI‑generated iOS code, evaluate mobile architectures, and produce high‑quality reference implementations. The role is hourly‑paid and contract‑based, supporting SME Careers in improving AI models used by developers worldwide. No immediate project is assigned; you will be contacted when relevant opportunities arise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and reference answers on iOS topics.
• Optimize AI performance by evaluating, ranking, and improving AI responses for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Ensure model integrity by testing AI outputs for inaccuracies or unsafe recommendations across real‑world iOS use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience building production iOS applications using Swift and preferably Objective‑C.
• Expert‑level proficiency with Swift (Swift 5+) including generics, protocols, and modern language features.
• Strong iOS fundamentals such as app lifecycle, view/controller architecture, navigation, and background execution.
• Solid experience with concurrency (GCD, OperationQueue, async/await) and memory management (ARC, Instruments).
