QA Testing & Client Support Specialist (SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a QA Testing & Client Support Specialist to own both quality assurance and technical support for our web-based SaaS products. You will become the subject-matter expert, work closely with engineers, and ensure our enterprise customers receive reliable, high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product expertise across multiple SaaS applications.
• Perform manual and automated QA testing on bug fixes and new feature releases.
• Write, maintain, and execute test cases, focusing on Playwright-based automation.
• Document defects clearly and collaborate with developers to drive issue resolution.
• Provide phone and email technical support to enterprise customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Maintain and update online help system documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of client support experience for a technical, enterprise-software product.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience creating and executing both manual and automated test cases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical teams and customers.

Required skills

• Microsoft Playwright for automated testing.
• Azure DevOps (or similar workflow/release management tools).
