QA Testing & Client Support Specialist for SaaS

About the role

We are seeking a QA Testing & Client Support Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our web‑based SaaS products while providing technical assistance to enterprise customers. The role combines hands‑on testing—both manual and automated using Playwright—with front‑line support via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Become a subject‑matter expert on multiple SaaS applications, understanding user workflows and functionality.
• Design, write, maintain and execute manual and automated test cases, focusing on Playwright‑based automation.
• Validate bug fixes and new feature releases, documenting findings and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Provide technical support to enterprise customers, troubleshooting problems through phone and email.
• Maintain and update online help documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Use Azure DevOps (or similar) to track test execution, defects and release activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience supporting technical enterprise software products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Playwright for automated testing.
• Azure DevOps or comparable workflow and release management tools.
