Planning Specialist – Highway Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Specialist to support the delivery of a major highway infrastructure project in Timor-Leste. The successful candidate will develop, monitor, and control project schedules, ensure timely delivery of milestones, and support project management teams with planning, progress reporting, and risk management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions for the DBF contract.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably postgraduate qualification in Planning Management.
• Minimum 15 years experience in project schedule management for large road construction projects.
• Experience on at least two highway or road construction projects.
• International experience with at least two years in developing countries.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
