Mechanical Engineer – AI Content Reviewer (Remote Contractor)

About the role

This hourly remote contractor position involves reviewing AI‑generated mechanical engineering solutions, creating expert content, and providing clear, written feedback to improve AI model reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and model responses that reflect a deep understanding of mechanical engineering topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI‑generated solutions, checking for accuracy, clarity, methodological soundness, unit consistency and physical plausibility.
• Test AI models for potential biases or errors and provide clear written feedback and model solutions to improve overall model integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Engineering Physics.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, applied physics, engineering mathematics and system modeling.
• Ability to critically assess technical solutions for correctness, assumptions and dimensional consistency.
• Excellent written communication in English (minimum C1 level) and capacity to explain reasoning and corrections clearly.
• Experience applying design principles such as requirements, constraints, margins and trade‑offs in real engineering contexts.
• Self‑directed, reliable and able to deliver consistent quality in an hourly, remote contractor workflow across time zones.
