Geodetic Engineer – Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Geodetic Engineer – Site Supervisor to join our highway road construction project in Timor‑Leste. The role will lead all surveying and geodetic activities on‑site, ensuring that the works are set out and executed in line with approved designs and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all surveying and geodetic activities on the construction site.
• Verify that construction works are accurately set out according to approved drawings, design coordinates, levels, alignments, technical specifications and project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of cumulative experience in Geodetic Engineering, including at least 10 years in topographic surveying for highway design or large road projects.
• Experience supervising at least two similar highway road projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
