C# Engineer – Remote Contractor

About the role

This is an hourly‑paid, fully remote contractor position focused on reviewing AI‑generated responses and creating C#/.NET engineering content. You will evaluate the quality of reasoning, accuracy, and clarity of model outputs while producing high‑quality explanations and model solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by crafting detailed prompts and responses across diverse topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve model accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Review AI‑generated C#/.NET solutions, assess methodology, spot errors, and fact‑check technical claims.
• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability.
• Produce clear, step‑by‑step explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience using C#.
• Strong experience with the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, async/await, LINQ).
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL) and data‑access patterns (EF Core and/or Dapper).
• Experience with modern engineering practices and tooling (Git, CI/CD, Docker).
• Strong English writing skills (minimum C1 proficiency) and high attention to detail.
• Advantageous: experience solving medium‑hard algorithmic problems and prior work with AI data training or technical QA.
