Senior Python Engineer – AI Content Reviewer (Remote)

About the role

As a Senior Python Engineer you will work remotely on an hourly contract to review AI‑generated Python solutions, create high‑quality reference content, and help improve the performance of cutting‑edge AI models. You will assess code for correctness, quality, and efficiency while providing clear, step‑by‑step explanations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by crafting detailed prompts and responses across diverse topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI‑generated answers to enhance model accuracy, fluency, and relevance.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.
• Review Python code, identify logical or architectural errors, and suggest improvements.
• Write concise technical explanations and rate multiple AI responses based on reasoning quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with extensive hands‑on Python work on production systems.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, system design, and performance optimization.
• Experience in code review, mentoring, and improving large Python codebases.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (written and spoken) and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Detail‑oriented with a structured, methodical approach to evaluating technical solutions.
