Remote TypeScript Engineer (AI Content Review)

About the role

SME Careers is seeking a remote TypeScript Engineer to support its AI data services platform. You will work on an hourly contract, reviewing AI‑generated TypeScript snippets, design proposals, and technical explanations, while also creating high‑quality reference solutions and content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by crafting detailed prompts and responses across diverse topics.
• Evaluate, rank, and improve AI‑generated TypeScript solutions for correctness, clarity, and architectural soundness.
• Identify logical, type‑modeling, or design errors and provide constructive feedback.
• Fact‑check technical information and produce clear explanations and model solutions.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or bias, ensuring reliability across use cases.
• Collaborate with the AI team to enhance model performance and contextual relevance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional TypeScript development experience.
• Strong knowledge of advanced TypeScript features such as generics, utility types, and complex type manipulation.
• Proficiency with a major frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) or a backend runtime (Node.js with Express or NestJS).
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented and functional programming concepts and common design patterns.
• Experience with Git workflows, modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel), and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken) with the ability to follow detailed technical guidelines.
