Remote Rust Engineer – AI Data Training (Hourly)

About the role

We are looking for a remote, hourly‑paid Rust Engineer to help improve AI models by reviewing and generating Rust code and explanations. You will evaluate the reasoning quality of AI‑generated solutions, provide detailed feedback, and ensure the code follows Rust safety and idiomatic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Rust code and explanations, identifying errors in ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and algorithmic reasoning.
• Create and refine prompts and model solutions that demonstrate idiomatic Rust patterns.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare multiple AI responses for correctness, safety, and logical quality.
• Fact‑check information, test for biases, and ensure model integrity across use cases.
• Write clear, pedagogical technical explanations in English.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional Rust development experience in backend, CLI, or systems projects.
• Strong grasp of Rust’s ownership, borrowing, and lifetime model.
• Experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants and validating their output.
• Excellent written English (C1 level) and a detail‑oriented work style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
