Remote Ruby Engineer – AI Data Training (Hourly)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Ruby Engineer to support our AI data training efforts. You will work on an hourly basis, reviewing and generating Ruby and Rails code for large language models, providing detailed feedback that improves model accuracy, reasoning and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Ruby/Rails code, assess readability, maintainability, MVC structure and logical correctness.
• Generate your own Ruby solutions and detailed explanations to guide model learning.
• Create prompts and model responses that cover diverse topics for AI training.
• Evaluate, rank and compare multiple AI outputs basedially on correctness and reasoning quality.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or bias and ensure overall model integrity.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional Ruby development experience in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, MVC architecture and idiomatic Ruby patterns.
• Experience building and maintaining Ruby/Rails applications under real‑world constraints.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants or LLMs and a disciplined approach to reviewing their output.
• Excellent written English (C1 level) and a detail‑oriented working style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
