Remote Nurse Practitioner – AI Clinical Content SME

About the role

This remote, hourly contractor position lets you work as a Nurse Practitioner Subject Matter Expert, reviewing AI‑generated clinical responses and creating high‑quality healthcare content. Your expertise will directly improve the safety, accuracy, and clarity of leading AI models used in clinical and public‑health settings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training prompts and gold‑standard answers aligned with your specialty.
• Evaluate, rank, and provide detailed feedback on AI‑generated clinical responses.
• Identify and correct errors in assessment, diagnosis, test ordering, prescribing (within scope), and care pathway selection.
• Fact‑check clinical information and ensure model outputs are safe, unbiased, and reliable across patient populations.

Required profile

• Active NP/APRN (or equivalent) licensure/registration in at least one jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in an advanced practice or specialist role.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, triage, red‑flag recognition, and escalation.
• Experience managing common and complex conditions within your specialty.
