JavaScript Engineer – AI Data Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote, hourly‑paid JavaScript Engineer to support AI data training initiatives. You will review AI‑generated code and explanations, evaluate reasoning quality, and provide detailed feedback that helps improve model accuracy and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine prompts and responses to guide AI learning across diverse topics.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare AI‑generated JavaScript solutions for correctness, readability, and performance.
• Identify errors, bias, or conceptual gaps in AI outputs and suggest improvements.
• Write clear, pedagogical explanations and model solutions for complex programming problems.
• Collaborate with the AI data services team to ensure model integrity and continuous performance gains.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of professional JavaScript experience in production environments.
• Strong grasp of closures, async/await, prototype‑based inheritance, and the JavaScript event loop (ES6/ES2015+).
• Experience with code review, mentoring, or technical design discussions.
• Hands‑on use of large language models or AI coding assistants and a critical mindset for validating their output.
• Excellent English writing skills (C1 level) and a detail‑oriented work style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
