Go Engineer – AI Data Training (Remote, Hourly)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Go Engineer to support AI data training initiatives. You will review and generate Go code, evaluate reasoning quality, and provide detailed feedback that helps AI models produce accurate, logical, and well‑explained solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Go code and explanations, identifying errors in concurrency, error handling, and API design.
• Create high‑quality prompts, explanations, and model solutions that demonstrate idiomatic Go.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses based on correctness, readability, and reasoning quality.
• Fact‑check information and test AI outputs for biases or inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with the AI data services team to continuously improve model performance.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional Go development experience, preferably on backend services or APIs.
• Strong grasp of Go idioms, clear error handling, and readable interface design.
• Hands‑on experience building production‑grade Go applications.
• Proficiency in using LLMs or AI coding assistants and validating their output.
• Excellent English writing skills (C1 level) and a detail‑oriented work style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
