General Nurse Subject Matter Expert (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified General Nurse Subject Matter Expert to work remotely on an hourly contractor basis. You will review AI‑generated nursing and clinical‑care responses, create expert healthcare content, and provide precise written feedback to improve AI model accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and gold‑standard answers across nursing care topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance accuracy, safety, clarity, and contextual relevance.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe guidance, and bias, ensuring model integrity across use cases.

Required profile

• RN or equivalent nursing qualification with active licensure/registration (or eligibility) in at least one jurisdiction.
• 3–5+ years of professional nursing experience in clinical or community settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, escalation, and medication safety skills.
• Excellent attention to detail for fact‑checking and identifying unsafe assumptions.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and reliable, self‑directed remote work habits.
