Contract Review Expert – Remote Contractor (Hourly)

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Review Expert to join our remote, hourly contractor team. In this role you will act as a Subject Matter Expert, reviewing AI‑generated contract analyses, creating high‑quality contract content, and providing detailed feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by drafting detailed prompts and gold‑standard contract outputs such as issue lists, redlines, negotiation notes, and clause rewrites.
• Evaluate and rank AI‑generated responses, ensuring accuracy, clarity, completeness, and practical usefulness for negotiations.
• Test AI outputs for errors, misleading certainty, confidentiality risks, and bias, and validate reliability across diverse contract scenarios.
• Identify and document contract risks including liability caps, indemnities, warranties, termination rights, IP ownership, and privacy/security clauses.
• Provide clear written explanations and model revisions that demonstrate correct, risk‑aware contract reasoning.

Required profile

• JD/LLB (or equivalent) or Paralegal/Contracts background with at least 5 years of professional contract review experience.
• Proven ability to spot and explain contract risks in commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, SaaS and vendor contracts.
• Strong attention to detail and minimum C1 English proficiency.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and comfortable delivering consistent quality in a remote, hourly workflow across time zones.
